No! You can download the WP TV app on your iOS or Android devices, as well as Apple TV, Roku, Fire TV, and Android TV. You can also cast to your smart device/TV from your computer.
Can I download content to watch offline?
Unfortunately no. WP TV is a streaming service only.
Can I give WP TV as a gift?
